Membership / Registration

EAFN Membership is open to: East Anglian Festivals, Venues and Suppliers based in the East of England (with all the benefits outlined below).

Although East Anglian Stallholders and Performers are not eligible for the EAFN Membership scheme they can apply for Registration as an EAFN Stallholder or Performer (and to use an official EAFN Registered logo), be publicised to our members, and receive an enhanced listing with links, logos and images in the EAFN Directory.

Membership and registration with the EAFN identifies your Festival, Event, Venue, Busiess, Organsiation, or Act as part of a group that is committed to sharing expertise, networking and using local supply chain opportunities to benefit the environment, the audience, the event industry and the regional economy.

Benefits of EAFN Membership Include:

  • Use of the EAFN logo to advertise your Membership of (and involvement with) the EAFN.
  • Enhanced entry on the EAFN Business Directory (Lists of East Anglian Festivals, Venues and Suppliers).
  • Entry on the EAFN List of Members.
  • Enhanced entry for your Events on the EAFN Festival Calendars.
  • Entry on the EAFN Members Map.
  • Access to additional East Anglian Festivals, Venues and Suppliers Listing information on request.
  • Discount on Exhibitor stands and advertising at EAFN Events e.g. The EAFN Show.
  • Be featured as a supporter and member and linked on the EAFN Website and Social Media pages.
  • Priority for publicity on EAFN and Gigs Out Social Media pages.
  • Access to EAFN Forums on Social Media including the Members only LinkedIn Group.
  • News emailed to Members only.
  • Members Discounts:
  • Additional opportunities for Networking – including the Members only Monthly Online Meeting on Zoom (First Tuesday of each month from 11am (see Facebook Event Page)).
  • Reciprocal Ticket Swaps – Members can offer free or discounted event tickets to other members.
  • Membership of a local regional group of like-minded event professionals.
  • Make it possible for EAFN to continue its work to support East Anglian event organisers, venues and suppliers

Annual Subscriptions:

  • £50 for Individual Festivals
  • £60 for Festival Suppliers
  • £70 for Organisations or Venues running multiple events
  • £25 for Stallholder and Performer Registrations
